Cancellation / Return / Refund Policy

Cancellations

You may request cancellation before the order is dispatched by contacting hello@unfaded.pk. Once shipped, standard return rules apply.

Returns

• Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags
• Fragrances may be non-returnable once opened for hygiene reasons
• Sale items may have limited return eligibility

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method or as store credit, typically within 7–14 business days after inspection.

Exchanges

Size exchanges are subject to stock availability. Contact support to arrange an exchange.
